About Bernard was a first publication (2008). As such to an extent it is autobiographical. Though the bio, in this free file, suggests otherwise. Stories come with stories.

Hitchhiking was written on an archipelago in 2019. The only form of public transport there was hitchhiking. Locals loved visitors. As soon as one stepped into a car an in depth story got passed on. Prose, a two-page collection of vignettes, which also found its way into music (see Hitchhiking, by Yellow Hotel).

Portraits was published in 2017, written over a ten year period. As its title suggests it’s a book about people – 92 poems over 87 pages. People minus the make-up. Very short stories decorated in gray. Apparently, when one mixes all the colors, a tone of gray is what you get. Three printings, 513 copies, of Portraits were made, distributed and sold (that is a lie – I have set aside a handful of copies). Some of the verses were fused into music. Momentum also went into making paintings (watercolor, acrylic). Pieces of Portraits are holding up, well enough, to date.
